    We had a fantastic experience with Elmer and his team at Polanco Pro Construction. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise shone through. Elmer was excellent with coordinating our project schedule and his bid was spot-on. We’ve worked with Polanco Pro Construction twice now. First, they installed a vent hood in our kitchen, completing the job on time and within budget. They were meticulous about keeping our home clean and managing dust and debris, which we greatly appreciated. Most recently, we faced wood rot issues in our 100-year-old home. Elmer and his team not only repaired the damage but also discovered beautiful redwood trim that perfectly matched the architectural details of our house.     Polanco Pro Construction gave me top notch service at a reasonable price for a bathroom remodel. After vetting many contractors and having to fire a previous one, Elmer basically saved us and gave us the bathroom we had dreamt of. He is very attentive to the customer and communicative in a thorough and straightforward way.
